Licensing & Restrictions

Vendor's License

Vendors who wish to remain at the Patapsco Flea Market for more than two weeks are required to obtain a Baltimore City trader's license from the Baltimore City Courthouse. We DO NOT accept trader's licenses from other cities, counties, or states. The fee for this license is approximately $24, and it must be renewed each year.

The license can be obtained online through the Maryland Businesses Licenses Online website.

Merchandise Restrictions

Due to restrictions put in place by outside agencies such as the Baltimore City Health Department, some vendors may not be allowed to rent tables or stores at the Patapsco Flea Market.
